Barrel and Bulk Anodizing

ANODIZING:  TYPE II, CLASS 1 & 2

Chicago Anodizing is a leading provider of barrel and bulk anodizing.  This process is usually used in the screw and fastener industry, and is an inexpensive although functional alternative to location and rack anodizing. Barrel and bulk anodizing is a cost efficient alternative for certain customer's running high EAU, but is not a fit for all projects. Please contact us directly for more information on this process.

Bright Dip Anodizing

ANODIZING: TYPE II, CLASS I & 2 Bright Dip

Chicago Anodizing is one of the few anodizers in the country that offer Bright Dip Anodizing.  Bright Dip is a chemical pre-treatment done to aluminum parts just prior to anodizing that enhances the sheen of the metal and gives it a polished appearance.  Our proprietary Bright Dip process is done prior to Type II or Type III anodizing, and parts can be dyed color to customer specification.
